CGTC has both chargeable and non-chargeable quarters for your usage.

Bachelor Officer's Quarters (Building 3600 and 3800) - Rooms consist of 2 single beds, desk, TV and small fridge with a shared bathroom with the adjoining room. The BOQs have wireless connectivity for your usage.



Trailer Houses

Trailer Houses

Trailer houses can house up to 5 personnel. Trailer houses consist of kitchen, living area with couch and TV, dining area, and bedrooms. Each bedroom has a locking mechanism for your security. These trailers are great for family use in Space Available status. Several of the trailer houses have wireless connectivity. Ask as the Housing Office for the locations.

DVQ Dining Room

Distinguished Visitors Quarters (DVQ)

The DVQ is CGTC's premier house, which was recently remodeled in 2005. It consists of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room area. The interior decorating is second-to-none.

Edward's House

Edward's House

The Edward's House, our State Govenor's house, is a historical landmark with many military historical items for your viewing. The Edward's House is available for tours on a request basis.

Chargeable Housing Rates

Chargeable housing can be used on a Space Available basis when available.



Billeting Office

Non-Chargeable Quarters

Non-chargeable housing consists of:
1. Barracks - Year-round facilities that can house up to 350 soldiers to include administrative offices, supply room and latrines. Units must bring their own bedding.
2. Wooden Hutments - These quarters are available from April - September for your unit's usage. Units must bring their own bedding. Latrines are not attached to these structures.

Physical Fitness Room access cards are available from the Housing Office.

The Housing Office also has a limited selection of DVDs for your MWR usage.
