Developing Leaders Program (a partnership with Bismarck State College Corporate and Continuing Education and the J5 office of the NDNG) is a great way to make those things happen. Mentors and mentees are guided through a yearlong development program. There are four set meeting dates over the course of the year; the rest of the relationship is managed around your schedule.
