Direct Commission

NCOs who meet the criteria can be recommended for a direct commission as a commissioned officer. It is simply an application process, dependant on experience, age and other qualifications.

Requirements:
• 22-41 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree
• E-5
• Secret security clearance
• Letter of recommendation
• Minimum of two years in the Army National Guard
• Position vacancy
• No prior civil conviction (Minor/DUI)
