The following warrant officer positions are currently listed as critical shortage MOSs and may qualify for bonuses up to $10,000, based on your state's need.

• 131A - Field Artillery Targeting Officer
• 140A - Command and Control Systems Technician
• 152D - OH-52D Pilot
• 250N - Network Management Technician
• 251A - Information Systems Technician
• 270A - Legal Administrator
• 311A - CID Special Agent
• 882A - Mobility Officer
• 913A - Armament Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer
• 914A - Allied Trades Warrant Officer
• 915A - Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer
• 919A - Engineer Equipment Maintenance Warrant Officer
• 920A - Property Accounting Technician
• 920B - Supply Systems Technician
• 922A - Food Service Technician
• 948D - Electronic Missile Systems Maintenance Technician
The following requirements apply to the above-listed careers:
• You may not have been an officer or warrant officer previously
• You must complete Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) in your Area of Concentration (AOC) or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) within 36 months of your date of commission
• You must enlist for at least six years in an active drilling status (not AGR or Miltech)
• A lump sum payment will be made upon completion of WOBC
The following warrant officer positions may also be available, but are not considered critical at the current time:
• 151A - Aviation Maintenance Technician (not rated)
• 153A - Rotary Wing Aviator
• 420A - Human Resource Technician
• 420C - Bandmaster
