Lippert completes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training

Bismarck, ND – Pvt. 1st Class Cody M. Lippert of Ashley, N.D., has completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
Lippert attended Basic Combat Training for 10 weeks at Fort Jackson, S.C., and then continued on to Advanced Individual Training which consisted of 13 weeks of military occupational schooling also at Fort Jackson, graduating December 15, 2011.
Prior to his training, Lippert was assigned to the Recruit Training Company in Bismarck, N.D., which prepared him for his military training by learning basic combat and Soldier tasks. Since the completion of his training, Lippert has been assigned to 957th Engineer Company in Bismarck as a Light Wheeled Mechanic (91B).
Lippert graduated from Ashley Public School in 2008. Lippert’s parents are Marlon and Cathy Lippert of Ashley, N.D.
