Goetz completes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training

Bismarck, ND – Pvt. 1st Class Cole L. Goetz of Mandan, N.D., has completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
Goetz attended Basic Combat Training for 10 weeks at Fort Sill, Okla., and then continued on to Advanced Individual Training which consisted of 16 weeks of military occupational schooling also at Fort Sill, graduating December 16, 2011.
Prior to his training, Goetz was assigned to the Recruit Training Company in Bismarck, N.D., which prepared him for his military training by learning basic combat and Soldier tasks. Since the completion of his training, Goetz has been assigned to the 1-188th ADA A Battery in Bismarck as Air Defense Battle Management (14G).
Goetz graduated from Mandan High School in 2011. Goetz’s parents are Rhonda and Chad Goetz of Mandan, N.D.
