DelValle completes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training

Bismarck, ND – Pvt. 1st Class Dereck J. DelValle of Mandan, N.D., has completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
DelValle attended Basic Combat Training for 10 weeks at Fort Sill, Okla, and then continued on to Advanced Individual Training which consisted of 16 weeks of military occupational schooling also at Fort Sill, graduating February 14, 2012.
Prior to his training, DelValle was assigned to the Recruit Training Company in Bismarck, N.D., which prepared him for his military training by learning basic combat and Soldier tasks. Since the completion of his training, DelValle has been assigned to 188th Air Defense Artillery in Bismarck as a TAC Ops Center Operator/Maintainer (14G).
DeValle graduated from Mandan High School in 2011. DelValle’s parents are Stacey Levingston of Devils Lake, N.D. and Jaime Levingston of Mandan, N.D.
