Ewer completes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training

Bismarck, ND – Pvt. 1st Class Quinton J. Ewer of Bismarck, N.D., has completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
Ewer attended Basic Combat Training for 10 weeks at Fort Jackson, S.C., and then continued on to Advanced Individual Training which consisted of 18 weeks of military occupational schooling at Fort Eustis, Va. graduating December 16, 2011.
Prior to his training, Ewer was assigned to the Recruit Training Company in Bismarck, N.D., which prepared him for his military training by learning basic combat and Soldier tasks. Since the completion of his training, Ewer has been assigned to the 112th Aviation Unit in Bismarck as an Aircraft Powertrain Repairer (15D).
Ewer graduated from Century High School in 2011. Ewer’s parents are Larry and Cheryl Ewer of Bismarck, N.D.
