Igou completes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training

Bismarck, ND – Pvt. 2 Sierra R. Igou of Ashley, N.D., has completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
Igou attended Basic Combat Training for 10 weeks at Fort Jackson, S.C., and then continued on to Advanced Individual Training which consisted of 9 weeks of military occupational schooling at Fort Lee, Va., graduating January 27, 2012.
Prior to her training, Igou was assigned to the Recruit Training Company in Bismarck, N.D., which prepared her for her military training by learning basic combat and Soldier tasks. Since the completion of her training, Igou has been assigned to Co A 1-112th AVN Unit in Bismarck as a Food Operations Specialist (92G).
Igou graduated from Ashley Public School in 2011. Igou’s parents are Leslie Pfahl of Ashley and Daren Weidrich of Bismarck.
